There are those occasions when, for whatever reason, a key player in a client’s organization is gone for an extended period of time.  In most cases, interim executives are less expensive, on a monthly basis, than they would be if they were brought on board as a permanent member of the organization.  All three of our recruiters are capable of providing the talent our clients demand and need on a moment’s notice.  Remember, our collective office structure of 2200 domestically and internationally represents one tremendous resource from which to plug the gap in your organization until a strategic decision for the long-term has been made.  Our fees are 25% of the monthly compensation for the interim executive for the duration of the assignment.
